SBB Plywoods offers a wide array of products designed to meet the specific requirements of different industries:

BlockBoards

Blockboards, are wood-based panels made with a core of softwood strips (blocks) placed edge-to-edge and bonded together between two layers of veneer or plywood. This construction makes them strong, lightweight, and resistant to warping and sagging, making them ideal for furniture, doors, and paneling where stability is crucial.

Plywood, is a versatile wood panel made by gluing together multiple thin layers (veneers) of wood, with the grain of each layer running perpendicular to the adjacent layers. This cross-graining significantly enhances its strength, stability, and resistance to splitting and warping compared to solid wood, making it a widely used material in construction, furniture making, and various other applications.

Laminates, in brief, are decorative surface layers made by pressing together thin sheets of paper or fabric impregnated with synthetic resins under high heat and pressure. They provide a durable, attractive, and often cost-effective finish for various substrates like plywood, MDF, and particleboard, offering resistance to scratches, moisture, and wear, and are widely used for furniture surfaces, countertops, and flooring.

Flush doors

Flush doors, are doors with smooth, flat surfaces on both sides, typically constructed with a solid or semi-solid core (like particleboard, blockboard, or honeycomb) faced with veneers or laminates. Their simple design offers a clean, contemporary look and they are often favored for their affordability, ease of installation, and consistent appearance in both residential and commercial settings.

Veeners

Wood veneers, are thin slices of real wood (typically less than 3mm thick) that are glued onto a core material (like plywood, MDF, or particleboard) to provide the appearance and feel of solid wood at a more affordable cost. They offer design flexibility with various wood species and grain patterns, and are used extensively in furniture, cabinetry, and architectural finishes.

Hardwares

Wood hardware, in brief, refers to the fittings, fasteners, and accessories specifically designed for use in woodworking and furniture construction. This includes items like hinges, handles, knobs, drawer slides, screws, nails, and various connecting pieces that enable the assembly and functionality of wooden structures and furniture. They are essential for joining, supporting, and operating wooden components.
